Accepting or refusing this market in an Islamic framework, can have important effects on theory and practice of Islamic banking that cannot be ignored. Having reviewed the subject of money market in the conventional financial system, this paper tries to evaluate the possibility of creating an Islamic money market through short term financial instruments. The results which are based on an analytical-descriptive approach, show that: firstly, the Islamic money market is theoretically plausible. In fact, it is quite possible to make Islamic money market by making use of Islamic short-term instruments. In addition to theory, the Islamic money market is practiced in some Islamic countries like Malaysia and Iran. Secondly, in the Islamic Fiqh, different kinds of Islamic contracts with fixed and predetermined return rate are available (like Murabaha). It is possible to use these contracts in the Islamic money market. Finally, unlike the conventional money market where all the contracts are done based on buying and selling of bonds, all the Islamic money market contracts are based on Sukuk; which is related to the real sector of the economy. In addition, unlike the conventional money market, all the instruments and Sukuk used in the Islamic money market have different kinds of risk over and above the credit risk. These two are the most important differences of Islamic and conventional money market.}, keywords = {Money market,Islamic Banking,riba,Islamic Jurisprudence,sukuk}, title_fa = {بازار پول اسلامی: ماهیت، کارکرد و ابزار‌ها}, abstract_fa = {بازار پول یکی از مهم‌ترین بازارهای مالی در نظام بانکداری متعارف است که کارکردهای مهمی مانند کشف قیمت منابع کوتاه‌مدت را بر عهده دارد؛ پذیرش یا عدم پذیرش این بازار در چارچوب اسلامی، می‌تواند اثرات مهمی در نظریه و کاربرد دانش بانکداری اسلامی به همراه داشته باشد که نمی‌توان از آن غافل بود. پرسش اصلی پژوهش آن است که آیا بازار پول اسلامی قابلیت شکل‌گیری دارد؟ مقاله به روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا به دنبال اثبات این فرضیه است که بازار پول اسلامی به لحاظ نظری کاملاً قابل تصور بوده و می‌توان با استفاده از ابزارهای مالی اسلامی کوتاه‌مدت، نسبت به تشکیل آن اقدام نمود. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بر اساس فقه اسلامی، بسیاری از قراردادها ـ مانند مرابحه، بیع دین، سلف و اجاره ـ این ظرفیت را دارند که به صورت کوتاه‌مدت و با نرخ سود از پیش تعیین‌شده،  استفاده شوند که می‌توان از ظرفیت این قراردادها جهت طراحی ابزارهای لازم برای توسعه بازار پول اسلامی استفاده کرد؛ همچنین برخلاف بازار پول متعارف که در آن تمامی معاملات بر اساس خرید و فروش اوراق قرضه انجام می‌شود، کلیه معاملات بازار پول اسلامی بر اساس معامله اوراق مرتبط با بخش واقعی اقتصاد انجام می‌شوند؛ بنابراین تمامی ابزارها و اوراق مورد استفاده در بازار پول اسلامی علاوه بر ریسک اعتباری، با دیگر انواع ریسک مواجه‌اند؛ این در حالی است که ابزارها و اوراق بازار پول متعارف صرفاً با ریسک اعتباری مواجه هستند.}, keywords_fa = {بازار پول,بانکداری اسلامی,ربا,فقه اسلامی,صکوک}, url = {https://eghtesad.iict.ac.ir/article_25130.html}, eprint = {https://eghtesad.iict.ac.ir/article_25130_859af8aa79efc6386c8d81cd5100ba4e.pdf} }
