In his book Eghtesadona (our Economy), Shahid Sadr uses the discovery method to explain the economic school of Islam. Since the theory of justice is distinct from school theory, one may ask the question, "Does the discovery method work well enough to discover the theory of justice?" This article attempts to answer this question as the main research question.
In the following, the article attempts to evaluate the various aspects of discovery method based on the textual analysis method, with associated matter of justice, and in the end judge the criticisms raised on the basis of the  answer the above question.
The result of the research is that on the one hand, the results obtained from the discovery approach to the "Islamic" attribute are in doubt, and on the other hand, it must be acknowledged that there is no complete equivalence with the specificity and status of justice. So you can't just use this method. We propose using a combination of deductive reasoning and discovery.
