بررسی آزمایشگاهی اثر دینداری بر تقابل انگیزه‌های فردی: رهیافت بازی‌های متوالی با اطلاعات کامل

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، سنجش عامل دینداری بر تقابل انگیزه‌های فردی در قالب یک کار گروهی است. «تقابل انگیزه‌ها» معرف وضعیتی است که در آن افزایش پاداش‌های تیمی، فقط منجر به تلاش توسط برخی از اعضا شود. بررسی اثر «دینداری» بر «تقابل انگیزه‌ها» یک پرسش تجربی است و اقتصاددانان رفتاری برای پاسخ به آن، به محیط‌های آزمایشگاهی رجوع می‌کنند. بدین منظور در این پژوهش با پیاده‌سازی یک بازی متوالی دومرحله‌ای با اطلاعات کامل در یک نمونه 210 نفره از جامعه مورد نظر (دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های یزد و آیت‌الله حائری میبد)، تأثیر دینداری بر تصمیم‌گیری فردی تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که اولاً افراد دیندار در ازای دریافت پاداش بیشتر، کار بیشتری عرضه می‌کنند؛ یعنی کمتر دچار تقابل انگیزه‌ها می‌شوند. ثانیاً افراد دیندارتر کمتر از سایر افراد تحت تأثیر تصمیمات سایر اعضا قرار می‌گیرند. ثالثاً با افزایش هزینه‌ تصمیم‌گیری، دینداری افراد باعث کاهش سطح تقابل انگیزه‌ها و همچنین عدم تنبیه هم‎‏گروه‌های دیگر شده است.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this research is to measure the religiousness factor on the Confrontation of individual motivations in the form of a group work. "Confrontation between motivations" represents a situation in which increasing team rewards only leads to some members' efforts. The study of the effect of "religiosity" on "Confrontation between motivations" is an empirical question, and behavioral economists refer to laboratory environments for their response. In this study, the effect of religiousness on individual decision was analyzed by implementing a two-stage sequential game with full information in a sample of 210 people from the target community (students from Yazd and Ayatollah Haeri Meybod). The results showed that, firstly, religious people offer more work in exchange for more rewards, that is, they are less likely to interact with motivations. Secondly, the more religious people are less influenced by the decisions of other members than others. Thirdly, by increasing the cost of decision-making, the religiosity of individuals has reduced the level of Confrontation between motivations and the non-punishment of other groups.
