Efficient laws for every society are derived from religious jurisprudence and are aimed at improving the situation of that society. The laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran cannot be an exception to this rule. In this research, the laws related to employee rights are evaluated from a jurisprudential perspective; A measure that, if it wants to be realistic, must contain four dimensions; The accuracy of each legal article, the comprehensiveness of the law, the combination and arrangement of laws, and the relationship of the law with other laws and with other social realities. In this research, the four dimensions of jurisprudential assessment are examined, although for the richness of the literature, the validity of the laws is discussed in detail. According to the findings of the research, wage laws are necessary from the contract, although it has a bias towards the rental contract, but it also contains some features of partnership contracts, the forms of sanctity of receiving wages have been answered in detail, and various jurisprudential standards defend the charging of wages. The law is relatively comprehensive. The combination of laws includes the main contract and sub-contracts or the terms of the contract, and in some cases, there are no rules for the combination of laws. The ratio of employee wage laws to workers' wages has a bias towards employees, which should be the other way around. The ratio of salary rules for employees with other income holders should be skewed towards other incomes, which is the same.
