The aim of this research is to present a matrix framework based on strategic reference points of contextual instances of anarcho-capitalism theory to guide balanced information disclosure practices to maintain and promote equal interests among stakeholders.
In this study, phenomenology has been used as the scientific basis for implementation methods to outline a strategic roadmap for integrating the fields of anarcho-capitalism theory with the classification of information disclosure practices through adherence to inductive mechanisms of presenting an abstract model. Therefore, the present study should be classified as inductive in terms of data collection, exploratory in terms of purpose, and developmental research in terms of results. The data collection tool includes interviews and the development of researcher-made scoring checklists. The participants of this study are a group of certified public accountants, public finance policymakers, and members of financial reporting standardization committees as empirical actors who, through their combined knowledge of generalizable theories of political and economic philosophies to financial knowledge, actively participated in three stages: interviews to identify open codes (stage one); scoring propositional themes in the form of researcher-made scaled checklists in a focus group format (stage three); and separating categories to be included in the final model (stage four).
The results obtained from the interviewing processes of the study indicate the identification of open codes [410] based on 18 interviews conducted. Then, by categorizing the identified open codes into propositional themes, forty-eight themes resulting from open coding were entered into the screening process for categorization, and the results indicate the determination of eight final categories in the structure of the matrix model of strategic reference points based on three vertical axes [anarchism of information flow]; horizontal [liberalism of information flow]; and diagonal [socialism of information flow].
